Anyone who is an adult has the right to marry and start a family. The spouses are equal in their right to marry, are equal during marriage and at the end of a marriage. Marriage can only occur if the to-be-married people give free and full consent. Family is the basic unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and by the State.
